Shipping Policy

Orders less than $75 will be shipped via USPS or UPS for a $10 charge. Orders over $75 qualify for FREE shipping.

Next day shipping orders MUST be placed before 2PM to meet the USPS and UPS next day collection deadline. Service exemptions may apply due to service destination.

Orders placed over the phone/text message incur an additional $5 manual processing fee.

Customers will receive a tracking number. Please contact us immediately if any information has been entered incorrectly or if any issue has occurred.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, make exchanges, or offer refunds on products that have been opened by the customer. We are willing to do exchanges on unopened packages and containers on a case by case basis. The health and safety of our customers is something we take very seriously. Arizona Kratom, Kratom Kafe, and Kratom Kafe USA do not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any defective or returned merchandise.
